My moms prime rib had so much fat and gristle on it that out of a 5' piece, she's lucky if she got 1/2' of meat she could actually eat. I went to a different section & came back and a guy finally comes over and gives me the slice that was just laying there instead of cutting it off the big piece. Then when I went up to get a slice of prime rib the guy cutting it looked right at me and then walked away? I stood there for quite awhile and no one else back there came to serve me. She couldn't even cut the skin of her chicken w/ a steak knife and it was very dry. There was not much for a selection on the buffet to start with. For the 2 of us the bill was $66.00 + a tip was expected. Her and I used to go there years ago when it was reasonably priced. I took my mom to the 'prime rib' buffet for Mother's Day and it was so expensive and the food was not good.
